Any-Fruit Jam

Ingredients:

16 oz. Fresh Fruit - (Personal favorites are strawberries, raspberries, or peaches)

1 Cup Granulated Sugar

2 tsp. Lemon Juice

Steps:

1. Wash and prepare fruit. (If using larger berries, cut into halves or quarters. If using peaches or similar fruits, peel and chop.)

2. Move fruit to a medium-sized pot and add sugar and lemon juice. Stir briefly to evenly coat/distribute sugar.

3. Turn stovetop to medium-high or high and stir frequently with a wooden spoon for approximately 8-10 minutes.

4. Turn heat down slightly and continue to stir frequently as jam starts to thicken.

5. When jam has reduced and thickened, (when dragging spoon across, it should leave a trail), remove from heat and transfer to a container, (recommended: mason jar).

6. Let cool to room temperature and place in fridge. Wow, you’re already done!

7. Enjoy!

Notes:

1. Works great as a filling in cakes and donuts, or simply as a spread on toast and biscuits!
